Waiting for 2 hours to enjoy Korean noodle soup (gguksu)

 Guys~ Seoulite couple is back~

This time Seoulite couple will talk about culinary tourism -again- in Korea. Just like yesterday, Seoulite couple is a big fan of the 줄 서는 식당 (Jjul Sonnen sikdang) program, so Seoulite couple went to one of the kkalguksu restaurant that appeared in the program. 

This restaurant serves gguksu (noodle) which different from the most gguksu in Korea. This gguksu restaurant serves gguksu combined with braised fish milt and roe. This special gguksu has finally become a favorite among Korean peoples, from young people to the elderly. This makes this restaurant always has a long waiting list and many artists become a regular customer. One of them is Jongyeon from Twice.

When Seoulite couple went there, Seoulite couple should waiting around 22 group in front, with a waiting time around one hour and half- even though Seoulite couple had arrived in the hours before lunch time. And after almost the turn of Seoulite couple to enter the restaurant, the queue list become longer- with queuing groups around 42 groups, with waiting time around two hours and half.

After waiting for about one hours and half, Seoulite couple finaly can enjoy this famous gguksu. 

Seoulite couple ordered Braised fish milt and roe gguksu (알곤이 칼국수), intestine gguksu (해장 칼국수) and boiled pork slice (수육).

Seoulite couple favorite is Intestine gguksu. That was really have amazing taste, with spicy and savory taste. The braised fish milt and roe gguksu has taste like korean ramyun, but the delicious one. ㅋㅋㅋ 

And the boiled pork has a soft texture and really tasty. 

This place really highly recommended for noodles lover. ❤️👌🏻
